What happens when you send a sales email every day for a week? 60% of my buyers wait until the final six hours. Plus what 15 entrepreneurs sold in seven days.
A daily sales email is one email per day that asks someone directly to give you money for a specific offer. The link belongs in the first paragraph, where a reader who is already sold can act on it. I know 60% of my buyers wait to purchase until the very last six hours of a promo, which means the emails people tell me are excessive are the ones paying my team.
I have been emailing this list since 2015 and I made my peace with selling to it a long time ago. My members are the ones who flinch. Most months I watch someone build the offer, build the page, write the emails, and then sit on them.
So September’s Get It Done Week ran on the Daily Sales Playbook, my free checklist of the 48 things I actually do to make sales without social media. Complete seven of them and you qualified for prizes. Send a sales email every day for seven days straight and you picked up a 25-point bonus on top.
Fifteen Room members finished. Everything below is what came back.
Table of Contents
A daily sales email asks for the sale directly, every day, for a defined stretch of time. Does the email give the reader somewhere to hand you money? Then it counts. A freebie announcement qualifies when that freebie sits on top of a tripwire funnel, which is a low-priced offer shown immediately after someone opts in.
We gave a point for sending the email inside The Room this month. Nothing extra for the sale.
“You don’t get points for actually making the sales, you get points for doing the thing that could create the sale.”
Sales are a lagging indicator. The send is the only part on your side of the line. Whether Tuesday’s reader opens your email ninety seconds after the vet calls about her dog is not.
Fifteen members finished. Their offers ranged from a $27 workbook to a $797 coaching bundle.
Your list already likes you. You are still emailing them once a week and hoping. I rarely send anything that does not give people a place to give me money, and the 60% who buy in the final six hours are why.
Send two emails and stop, and you have written for the 40% and abandoned the majority. People wait until the last minute by nature, which includes you and includes me.
The other cost takes longer to surface. If my selling makes you flinch when it lands in your inbox, that flinch follows you into your own business.
“Businesses have to make money to be a business. They do not exist if we don’t make money. And we can’t make money without selling.”
The selling is load-bearing. It pays my team, it funds the causes I give to, and it keeps the scholarship seats open.
When we raised the price of the Mindful Business Academy, I ran the experiment on myself first. My normal launch cadence is two emails on cart open, one a day through the middle, three on cart close.
For that launch I sent two every single day and five on cart close. I spent the whole week thinking it was obscene.
“And guess what? We made more money.”
This is also the fourth six-figure month in a row in my business, which has never happened in ten years of doing this. I sent more emails. I ran a birthday promo that has done about $25k at its halfway mark. Affiliates sent buyers. Evergreen funnels I built in 2024 kept converting in the background while I did none of the above.
“The more I rest, the more money I make. But also the more emails I send, the more money I make.”
Put an opt-out link at the top of every email so someone can leave the promo without leaving your list. Then accept that a few people will unsubscribe anyway, and those people were not going to buy.
Every email in my birthday promo this month opens with a line offering to excuse you from the birthday sale specifically. People take it, and they stay subscribed.
The unsubscribes still happen and that is the correct outcome. Someone who quits over seven emails was not going to spend $397 with me in November.
“And you will have people unsubscribe, and that is normal, and those are not your people.”
For the writing itself, Email List Love students use the built-in email copywriter rather than staring at a blank draft at 10pm on day five.

Sell the pieces of what you already have. Almost nobody arrives at a daily sales week with seven clean offers, and the members who did best this month broke one program into parts, resold a past workshop, or pre-sold something that did not exist yet.
Jessica D. went in openly unwilling. She built an arc across seven days with a different offer at each stage, then finished recording a batch of videos mid-week specifically so she would have a day-four offer.
She sold one thing to a list of 135 people. It was the offer she had created three days earlier.
Pre-sell it. Charge founding member pricing. Paste a payment link at the bottom of a Google Doc, which is how we have sold tens of thousands of dollars around here.
Compressed deadlines beat open-ended ones, which is why Get It Done Week is a week. Parkinson’s Law, published in The Economist in 1955, holds that work expands to fill the time available. Give yourself a month to send seven emails and you will send them in the last four days.
I have the receipts on this. Last year we ran the daily sales challenge across a full month instead of a week, and we still send a second-chance email to everyone who misses a deadline.
“Almost nobody completes that.”
The structure also removes the deciding. We handed every member a 48-item playbook, one point per completed item, seven points to qualify for prizes, plus 25 bonus points for sending all seven daily emails.
The only decision left was whether to open the laptop.
Fifteen entrepreneurs inside The Room sold something every day during September’s Get It Done Week, across completely unrelated niches. A fiction-writing coach, an outdoors historian, a financial literacy educator for eleven-year-olds, an equine therapist, a functional health practitioner, and a research publishing consultant with a PhD.
The range is the point. The equine therapist and the fiction coach wrote the same email with different nouns in it.
Each resource below belongs to one of this month’s finishers, described in their own words. Take a look, sign up, and steal some inspiration.

Entrepreneurship is lonely. But you’re not alone anymore! Clients who show up for these calls get better results faster—period.
Want the checklist without the membership? The Daily Sales Playbook is free. It is the recipe. The Room is the kitchen, the deadline, and the fifteen people who notice when you don’t submit.
Daily during a promo window, and at least once a week the rest of the time. I send two a day during a launch. The number that settled this for me is that 60% of my buyers wait until the final six hours, so the late emails are where the revenue actually lands.
Yes, and that is the correct outcome. Put an opt-out link for the promo at the top of every send so people can leave the campaign without leaving your list. Anyone who quits over seven emails was not going to buy from you in November either.
24 to 72 hours for a low-ticket offer. Send at least two emails on open and three on close, spaced morning, afternoon, and last call. Give people a week and they will still buy on day seven.
No. A Google Doc with a checkout link at the bottom has worked fine for us. The email only has to earn the click. Everything a buyer needs to believe before paying can live on the page.
