When I decided to take a 30-day break from social media in late 2021, I didn’t have a master plan. I simply knew I couldn’t keep building a business that required me to be “on” all the time.
What started as a short digital detox turned into a permanent shift and the results surprised even me.
Before my break, I was spending 8–10 hours a week creating and scheduling Instagram content… not to mention the mental load of engagement, comments, and DMs.
