As part of the $1K/Day Experiment, I’m continuing my monthly Income Reports for Success with Soul about building automated business systems that generate passive income. Today I’m sharing how strategic delegation and focused deep work led to my highest revenue month of 2025, while managing summer schedules, team transitions, and honoring my introverted energy as a neurodivergent entrepreneur.

Welcome to the 9th installment of my Income Reports—part of The $1K/Day Experiment, my behind-the-scenes journey to making $1,000 per day in passive product sales without relying on social media.
If you’re new here, these reports are equal parts income transparency and behind-the-scenes business therapy. Think: if your business journal and your bank account had a baby, and that baby loved spreadsheets and truth bombs.
June was the month I discovered my entrepreneurial sweet spot: the elusive balance between strategic delegation and delicious deep work. Between welcoming Rachel back to Team KK at 15 hours a week and falling deeper into the most productive Airtable rabbit hole of my life, I somehow managed to create space for both collaboration AND the solo work that lights me up.
Turns out, when you delegate the right things to the right people, you free up brain space for the strategic, systems-focused work that actually energizes you instead of draining you. Revolutionary concept for us introverts, I know.
If June had a theme, it would be introverted entrepreneurship. Some days I was heads-down in databases (my happy place), others I was managing summer camp logistics and unexpected alone time when my Pomeranian pup Fergus got kennel cough (blessing in disguise?).
But through it all, my business kept humming along, making daily sales while I figured out this whole “having help again” thing.
Let’s dig into how I made $18,991.49 in June while rediscovering the magic of working WITH people in a way that honors my introverted energy.
Note: While these posts are public for anyone to read, if you want to get an even deeper look into exactly what I’m doing in my business to make consistent daily sales without ever posting on social media then I invite you to grab your unfiltered backstage pass here.
As an introvert, I’ve often struggled with having a team. But June taught me that strategic delegation isn’t about constant communication and meetings—it’s about creating space for the deep, focused work that only I can do.
The magic happened when I stopped trying to do everything myself AND stopped feeling guilty about needing solo work time. Rachel handled the people-facing tasks that drain my energy. Jayce tackled the technical migration that I didn’t have time for. And I got to dive deep into the strategic, systems work that actually lights me up.
And I made nearly $19k, proving that the systems I’ve built continue to work even when I’m heads-down in other projects. That’s the beauty of building a business that honors your introverted energy—it doesn’t require you to be “on” all the time.
Let’s start with what you all were actually buying this month, because nothing screams “data-driven CEO” like product sales spreadsheets and celebratory snacks (I’m partial to chocolate-covered sea salt pistachios from Trader Joe’s, if you’re curious).
My top sales by product were:
Worth noting: I sold an average of 14 products per day in June.
My top sales by revenue earned were:
Worth noting: I made an average of $445 per day in June, NOT including affiliate and sponsor income. This comes out to an average order value of $31.79.
These are the underdogs that really deserve more credit!

Note: this screenshot comes from Fathom Analytics, which I much prefer to GA4.
My traffic dipped again, which aligns with my reduced ad spend this month.
The majority of my traffic continues to come from direct sources (primarily email) and Google, with Facebook ads bringing in a steady stream of new visitors as well. I’m particularly pleased to see that my bounce rate remains went up to 71%, indicating that visitors are finding value in my content.
My top-performing pages were:
One the one hand this is really cool to see because my sales pages being in the top shows me I have an audience of buyers. On the other hand, my SEO isn’t working as hard as it could for me. I’d like to start seeing some blog posts showing up in the top 10.

Note: this screenshot comes from my dashboard in Kartra.
June was a solid month for email list growth, with new subscribers coming from several key sources:
What’s particularly exciting is that we made our first two MBA sales at the new $44/month price point from a cold lead through ads—and I didn’t even realize the funnel was live yet! This validates the new pricing strategy we’re testing.
NOTE: Just a quick note to point out that while it’s amazing that Kartra gives us data like how much each subscriber is worth and their lifetime value, this isn’t 100% accurate for my business because we also sell through Shopify. And that isn’t counted towards these numbers.
As an introvert, I used to think delegation meant more meetings, more check-ins, more people management. Exhausting. But June marked a major shift in how I think about team building. Instead of hiring a bunch of people to “scale,” I brought back two key players at exactly the right capacity:
The result? My second highest revenue month of the year while actually working LESS on the day-to-day operations. And I had more uninterrupted time for strategic work than I’ve had in months, while still getting expert support where I needed it.
Steal this: Don’t hire to fill roles. Hire to solve specific problems or handle tasks that aren’t in your zone of genius. Start small, measure results, then expand if it makes sense.
When I had support handling the urgent-but-not-important tasks, I finally had brain space for the work that actually moves the needle. I spent HOURS building automated systems in Airtable:
Steal this: Block out 2-4 hour chunks for deep work on systems that will compound over time. Protect this time fiercely—it’s where the real magic happens.

June marked the official launch of my “Summer of AI” initiative. I systematically integrated AI across my business operations:
Steal this: Pick one repetitive task that drains your mental energy. Create a custom GPT to handle it. Test, refine, repeat.

When Fergus got kennel cough and I couldn’t join my family in Savannah for the week of July 4th, I initially felt FOMO. But it turned into exactly what my introverted soul needed: 8 days of completely uninterrupted time, easily the most productive, yet restful and restorative week I’ve had in YEARS.
What I accomplished:
Steal this: Schedule regular “CEO days” where you’re unavailable for meetings or urgent requests. Use this time for strategic work that only you can do.
Think of this like a checklist for what to do in your business if you want to make daily sales without social media, especially if you’re an introvert or neurodivergent entrepreneur like me!
🤷♀️ The AppSumo Addiction: I went a little nuts with AppSumo purchases in May and spent way too much time in June testing tools I ultimately returned. I got Castmagic thinking it could replace my Descript subscription, but it couldn’t do the one thing I actually need—edit video by editing the transcript. I would’ve had to pay for Descript for 21 months before I’d save money with Castmagic.
🤷♀️ The “One Right Answer” Spiral: I got completely stuck trying to figure out the “perfect” bump offers for our Kartra migration. My brain kept insisting there was one correct answer I had to find, which led to analysis paralysis and delayed progress on the project.
🤷♀️ Underestimating Project Complexity: I kept thinking the Shopify migration would be “quick” and then getting frustrated when every task revealed three more tasks. The redirect situation alone turned into a whole thing with Cloudflare’s free plan limitations.
🤷♀️ Vacation Brain Hangover: Coming back from Cape Cod at the end of June, my brain was still in “airplane mode.” I struggled to get motivated and focused, which made the first few days back feel scattered and unproductive.

June reminded me of something I’d forgotten: It’s okay to need alone time.
Not because I don’t value my team (Rachel and Jayce are absolute gems) or my family, but because my best strategic thinking happens in quiet spaces with no interruptions. Those unexpected solo days when my family was in Savannah weren’t just restful—they were some of my most productive days of the year, all while curled up on my couch with Fergus, listening to lo-fi music, nowhere else to be.
Here’s what June taught me about building a business that honors my introverted, neurodivergent brain:
The world loves to glorify constant connection. But June proved that some of us do our best work in quiet spaces, with deep focus, and minimal interruptions. And that’s not just okay—it’s a competitive advantage.
So here’s to July: more strategic solitude, better boundaries, and building a business that works with my brain instead of against it.
If you’re a fellow introvert or neurodivergent entrepreneur, this is your reminder that you don’t need to change who you are to be successful. You need to build a business that honors who you are.
The world needs what you have to offer—but it needs you to offer it in a way that’s sustainable for your unique brain.
If you’d like a closer look at how I make daily sales without social media, consider joining me in The $1K-a-Day Experiment for unfiltered insights and access to my evolving strategies.
The key is to delegate tasks, not relationships. Instead of scheduling regular meetings, use asynchronous communication tools like Loom videos for explanations and ClickUp for project updates. Create detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) upfront so your team knows exactly what’s expected. Focus on delegating the people-facing tasks that drain your energy (like customer service) while keeping the strategic, solo work that energizes you. Set clear boundaries about communication—for example, I check messages twice daily rather than being constantly available.
Block out 2-4 hour chunks of uninterrupted time and protect them fiercely. I call these “CEO days” where I’m unavailable for meetings or urgent requests. Use this time for high-impact work like building systems, strategic planning, or content creation. Let your team know these blocks are sacred—emergencies only. Turn off notifications, close Slack, and focus on one project at a time. The key is consistency: schedule these blocks weekly so your team knows when you’re unavailable and can plan accordingly.
Build systems that sell for you while you sleep. This includes evergreen email funnels that nurture subscribers automatically, multiple price points so people can buy at their comfort level, and recurring revenue streams that provide baseline income. I use tools like Kartra for automated sequences and custom GPTs trained on my brand voice to create content that sounds like me without requiring my constant input. The goal is to front-load the work (creating systems) so you can step back and let them run while focusing on strategic, behind-the-scenes work that doesn’t require constant human interaction.
