Learn how our Room members used Get It Done Week to land bundle + summit deals — and grow their email lists with social-free visibility.
If pitching yourself is the visibility move most entrepreneurs know they should make, participating in bundles and summits is the one they keep putting off indefinitely.
“I need to find the right one.” “My freebie isn’t ready.” “Maybe next quarter.”
Sound familiar? Yeah. We’re done with that.
Inside The Room this month, our Roomies spent one week doing exactly what they’d been postponing: finding aligned bundles and summits, submitting their applications, and setting up the systems to make the most of any traffic that comes their way.
🚨 Warning: Reading this post may cause you to finally submit that bundle application you’ve had open in a tab since January.

Another Get It Done Week has come and gone inside the Room (our business group mastermind), and let me tell you—our members SHOWED UP and MADE. IT. HAPPEN. 💪
They didn’t overthink.
They didn’t spiral.
They didn’t wait for a confidence fairy.
They applied for bundles + summits
At least 5 of them.
Get It Done Week (GIDW) inside The Room isn’t a productivity performance for the internet.
We don’t:
What we do instead is pick one high-leverage thing and actually do it. This month that meant:
➡️ Finding, applying for, and getting into bundles and summits to grow email lists through social-free visibility.
Not:
This week.
Because here’s the thing nobody tells you: the entrepreneurs who grow fastest aren’t the ones who wait until they’re ready. They’re the ones who show up a little underprepared and figure it out anyway.
Our Roomies? They figured it out.
And if you missed it? Don’t worry.
This post will show you exactly how social-free visibility is possible — and if you want to move at your own pace, you can grab our Social-Free Visibility Course and run your own asynchronous bundles + summits get it done week anytime.
I’ll be honest with you — if you’d said the words “bundle” or “summit” to me a few years ago, here’s exactly what I would have pictured:
❌ A chaotic mess of 97 low-quality PDFs I’d never read
❌ An inbox flooded with emails I didn’t remember subscribing to
❌ Something that felt one step above a spammy MLM pitch from a high school acquaintance
Basically, I was convinced it was all junk. A last-ditch effort for people who couldn’t sell their stuff on its own.
And then I actually tried one. Not just as a contributor — as a consumer.
I was so, so wrong.
I’ve gotten courses that completely changed how I run my business. Direct access to industry leaders I never thought I’d connect with. Templates and systems I still use today. And then I started participating in them as a contributor — and my email list exploded.
So what actually are these things?
A bundle is a curated collection of digital products from multiple experts, offered together for a limited-time deal. You contribute a course, template, training, or digital product — and in exchange, you grow your email list with opt-ins from bundle buyers.
A summit is a virtual event featuring multiple speakers sharing expertise over a few days. Attendees sign up (usually for free) for access to the talks, and as a speaker, you get new subscribers from everyone who opts in to your session. Many summits also include a bundle — often called a goody bag.
In both cases, you’re borrowing borrowed trust. You step directly into someone else’s warm community, and their audience — who already trusts them — gets introduced to you. That’s exactly how social-free visibility works at its best.
Here’s what we know about growing an audience without social media: the strategies that work best are the ones that put you in front of someone else’s warm, already-trusting community.
Bundles and summits do exactly that — and they do it with zero algorithm dependency, zero posting schedule, and zero ad spend required.
I know this firsthand. In the last two years, bundles and summits alone added 7,200 new subscribers to my list. Not from ads. Not from posting on social media — not even once. Every single one of those people found me through a bundle or summit, opted in because they were genuinely interested in what I offer, and joined my world for free.
And before you talk yourself out of this strategy, I’ve heard every objection:
“I don’t have a big enough audience.” You don’t need one. Many organizers actually prioritize fresh voices over big names — they care that you’ll promote, not that you have 50k followers.
“I don’t have time to create something new.” You don’t have to. A lead magnet you already have, a simple template, a checklist — these often convert better than full courses because they’re specific and immediately useful.
“Won’t I just get freebie-seekers?” Not if you’re strategic about which events you join. The right bundle with the right audience turns subscribers into buyers. The wrong one wastes everyone’s time. (More on how to tell the difference in a minute.)
One well-placed bundle contribution can add hundreds of subscribers in days. One summit appearance can do the same — plus position you as an authority in a way that a social post simply cannot.
This is why social-free visibility isn’t a nice-to-have around here. It’s the strategy. And bundles and summits remain one of the most underused levers available to online business owners in 2026.
After participating in 50+ bundles and summits, I’ve got the receipts on what moves the needle and what doesn’t.
✅ What worked:
❌ What flopped:
The good news: once you know what to look for, spotting the right opportunities gets fast. And inside The Room, we hand you a curated directory so you’re not spending hours searching blind.
Here’s exactly how our members approached Get It Done Week: Bundles + Summits:
1️⃣ Build a Target List of 5-10 Opportunities: Not every bundle is worth your time. We helped Roomies identify hosts with aligned audiences, strong email lists, and a track record of actually promoting contributors. Quality over volume.
2️⃣ Audit (or Create) a Strong Lead Magnet + paid product: You’ll typically need both a freebie and a paid contribution to participate in most bundles + summits. Your contribution is your first impression. You’ll want something that is valuable, gives them a quick win, and helps you stand out. We reviewed what Roomies already had and helped them either polish it or choose the right one for the opportunity. Spoiler: you probably don’t need to create anything new.
3️⃣ Write a Compelling Application: Use AI to help you create a compelling application that will get you accepted. Make sure you can communicate clearly who you serve, what transformation you offer, and why their audience would love it. Pro tip: use text replacement shortcuts to help you apply for bundles + summits since the applications are typically asking for the same information.
4️⃣ Set Up a Welcome Sequence for New Subscribers This is the step most people skip — and it’s the one that determines whether bundle traffic converts or disappears. A simple 3-5 email welcome sequence turns new subscribers into buyers. PS: our next get it done week inside the Room, kicking off in April, is ALL about writing a converting welcome sequence.
5️⃣ Track and Measure Visibility is not vibes. It’s data. You can’t optimize what you don’t track. Roomies logged every application so they can measure responses, conversions, and list growth over time.
That’s it. One week. Five steps. Real momentum.

Same action:
They applied.
Still wondering if Get It Done Week actually works? Let’s hear it from the action-takers themselves!
Bundles and summits aren’t flashy. They don’t come with a dopamine hit like a viral post.
What they do come with: real subscribers, genuine authority, and list growth that doesn’t evaporate the second you stop showing up online.
Our Roomies proved this month that one focused week of strategic action is worth more than months of inconsistent posting. They applied. They set up their systems. They let the visibility work do its job.

Visibility isn’t always shiny. But momentum changes everything. And our mastermind Roomies proved that with just one week of focused action, you can:
You in? Let us know in the comments below!
Start by looking within communities you’re already in — masterminds and industry newsletters frequently promote bundle and summit opportunities. Inside The Room, we provide a curated directory of vetted opportunities so you’re never hunting blind. You can also look for hosts who have run successful events before and have audiences aligned with your niche.
No. Bundle and summit hosts care far more about the quality of your freebie and the relevance of your audience than the size of it. Many organizers actively prioritize fresh voices over big names — they want contributors who will promote enthusiastically, not just contributors with large followings
Inside our Social Free Visibility course, we’ll help you build your email list and get new leads completely off of social media!
If vIt varies — anywhere from 50 to 500+ new subscribers per event depending on the host’s list size, how well you promote, and how specifically your freebie speaks to that audience. What matters more than volume is quality: these are subscribers who opted in around a topic directly related to your offer, which means they convert at higher rates than cold traffic.
Specific beats comprehensive every time. A checklist, template, short training, or custom GPT that solves one painful problem in a format people can use immediately will outperform a sprawling course. The more targeted your offer, the better your conversions.
You were probably in the wrong ones, didn’t have an optimized follow-up sequence, or both. The events that convert best have a clearly defined audience, an organized host who actively promotes, and contributors whose offers actually match what attendees came for. Choosing strategically — and having a solid welcome sequence ready — changes everything.
