Mistakes are expected, encouraged and celebrated because it means we are one step closer to who we are meant to be. AND we take radical responsibility and complete ownership when we fuck up. We are not afraid to apologize and admit when we were wrong. AND we don’t beat ourselves up when it happens.
We Are Always Learning. Continuous self-improvement for both professional and personal development is at the forefront of everything we do. We take courses, read books, listen to podcasts, attend conferences and do what it takes to always be learning new skills and improving ourselves. When we don’t know the answer to something, we go out and find it. We invest in ourselves, we seek out teachers who have done what we want to do, and we share what we’ve learned within the team so all can benefit.
We are Boundary-Pushing Confident Badasses who Ask Why Not Us? We dream big and don’t let fear hold us back. We ask for what we want because we know the answer is always no until we ask. We work through our imposter syndrome, we recognize all potential partnerships are just other human beings, and the worst that could happen is a “not right now”. We are a positive inspiration to our community, always lifting people up, first by believing in what we do so strongly and the results we know our framework can get people and then by believing our students have what it takes.
We Take Care of Ourselves. Self-care, rest, and play are the cornerstones of our company culture (no burnout!). While we work hard, we strive to always work smarter, to do less in order to achieve more. “The more we relax, the more money we make,” is our motto. Followed by “How can we let this be easy?” When in doubt, do less and keep it simple. After we’ve worked hard, we rest just as hard. We build naps and nature walks and snuggles with our kids/fur babies into our work day. We make time for physical, emotional and spiritual healing, with chiropractic, acupuncture, counseling, meditation, journaling, prayer, movement, and embodiment practices. We are healers, leading by example.
We Leave the World a Better Place. With an ardent commitment to Mother Earth, we spend time in nature and employ regenerative, circular and cyclical living practices both in our personal lives and within our business because Science is Real. We are here to contribute to the progression of our society with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion as we honor and welcome, with respect and love, those who look and think differently than us.
